Intuitive Leadership

Welcome!
I love the work of Norval Morriseau, a gifted First Nations man who identified himself as a shaman artist. His work explored healing, interconnectedness, relationships and the dance between the seen and unseen dimensions within the rich fabric of life which is integral to the indigenous worldview.
Looking at his art you can see the complex tapestry weaving in and throughout all dimensions of reality. The fullness of his painted canvas, the vibrant colors and these small threads of interconnections that for me, illustrate the concept of living systems in academic terms, or web of life in ecological or indigenous perspectives.
Intuition is having the ability to see and feel the big picture or the whole system, while mysteriously tapping into hidden information and energies that are held within a system. According to quantum physics, this energy is continuously flowing within and throughout a system from the smallest unit of matter to the macrocosm For example, the cells of our body communicate to each other as do human beings, plants and animals. Today's research into the quantum world is providing insight into phenomena previously unknown and unseen, transforming all disciplines, including leadership.
Intuitive leadership is the idea that we are all leaders who have the creativity to change our world as guided and inspired by our dreams and intuitions.
I wanted to bridge modern knowledge with the wisdom of the ancients and bring this knowledge forward for application in diverse disciplines from the individual to organizations and communities. New Science makes the information tangible and available for use in leadership, decision making, communication and organizations. I look forward to presenting these ideas and sharing the knowledge with you!
