Kundalini Fusion

A fusion of various yoga styles including kundalini, hatha, yin and dance.  I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and has been most passionately drawn to Kundalini Yoga for the sense of healing and joy the practice brings.  

In my twenties I was injured while transferring a large man in my role as a healthcare provider.  This led to a decade of severe spinal pain and an inability to really enjoy life due to constant pain.  I spent ten years in various therapies and in my personal quest to take back control of my pain management and healing I found yoga.  Yoga and in particular Kundalini Yoga places an emphasis on spinal health as well as restoring balance to our nervous and glandular systems.  After a few practices I knew that I found a path to restore wellness to my body, mind and spirit.  Remaining dedicated to my yoga practices has resulted in visits to health practitioners for maintenance only.  What a blesssing!
